PIZZAWe start by importing 100% Hokkaido flour produced by Yokoyama Seifun flour mill in Sapporo, Japan. Our dough is made using our local partner, Lyon bakery, to create the fluffy texture that defines Japanese bread. We then cook it in a pan using rice oil to give the crust a crunchy, almost tempura-like texture. Available in two sizes, half (2-slices) and whole (4-slices).

WAFU PASTAOur pasta is made by Nishiyama Seimen Noodle Company in Sapporo, Japan using Hokkaido flour. They also custom make the ramen noodles for our sister restaurant, Daikaya. Its springiness, mouthfeel, bite, and scent differentiates it from Italian pasta.
